I am a 70 year old male with several handicaps.  Hearing loss in each ear and use hearing aids; legally blind in one with barely enough sight in the right eye for passing DMV eye tests
and finally mobility handicapped that I need to use a walker to walk any great distance.

I receive a disability pension from the US Government besides social security.  I own my own home with substantial equity.  I am able to take care of myself at the present time, but I know
I will need help as I get older

I wonder about others experiences in finding residential elder care places and how much it can cost.  And then too does Medicare pickup the costs of eldercare once ones own resources are exhausted?

I need to find out more information before I am too much older.
